  • There is NO entry fee for this contest.
  • KuttyStory - Story Telling Challenge 2021 is open to 3 Categories of Students - High Schools (Age 11 - 15), Higher Secondary (Age 16 - 17), College (Age 18 - 24) .
  • The entire contest is unique and different for each of the three categories. One student cannot apply in more than one category.
  • KuttyStory Challenge is in both English and Tamil Language. One student can apply in either one language or also participate in two languages.
  • The participant can choose to tell any story - own story, inspiration from other sources, historical stories, life lessons, Funny stories, Moral Stories, Lessons from leaders, etc.,
  • There will be 2 rounds:
    • a. First Round : Qualifying Round (Submission of Recorded Video)
    • b. Second Round : Final Round (Online LIVE Event)
  • For qualifying round, the participant must submit a recorded video of the narration of the story of not more than 3 minutes.
  • The participant must follow the basic guidelines while recording the story.
  • The story should not be more than 180 seconds (3 Minutes).
  • The Story Video for the Qualifying round should be uploaded between 1st March 2021 to 30 April 2021.
  • In each category, 10 stories will be selected for the Final Round.
  • Participants who qualify will compete the Final Round in a LIVE online and virtual platform. This will enable the family, friends and others to watch the performance LIVE.
  • Late entries will not be entertained.
  • KuttyStory Storytelling Competition is an online competition.
  • KuttyStory reserves the right to reject any video without any reason and also to use the videos for promotion or as it deems fit for any other activity.
  • The KuttyStory Challenge Winners will be recognized with Prizes , Awards and certificates
  • All qualified entries will receive participation e-certificate.
  • The Top 3 Final Winners in Each category will receive physical signed certificates with awards in an appropriate forum.
  • The Stories of all 18 Winners (Top 3 in each category) will be put in for a public voting for a period of 15 days after the contest, from which one Topper Will be selected in English and One Topper in Tamil for the “Best Story Teller 2021” Award.
  • The organizers will have the copyright on all the entries submitted.
  • The Participant(s) represent(s) and warrant(s) that he/ she will comply with all applicable Indian laws. The Participant(s) shall not disclose and/ or use any information, if doing so is in violation of an obligation of antitrust law and/ or confidentiality.
  • The organizers always reserve all the rights to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this Contest or to cancel it with immediate effect without giving any prior notice to any party.
  • The Organizers reserve the right to reject any contestant at its sole and absolute discretion, without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
  • The Organizers decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. The organizers have the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Contest.
